Terms of Use: Alpha and Aura

These terms are an agreement between you and PATNA (Close Corporation), registration number 1995/050641/23, publisher address 5 Goldsmith Str, North End, Port Elizabeth, 6001, South Africa ("we", "us"). They cover the Alpha and Aura apps and the website https://alphahack.pro (together, "the Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details and your Aura link private.

2. What the Service is, and what it isn't

• Alpha and Aura are wellness and relationship tools. Cycle dates, phases and "timing" readings are estimates based on what users log and on typical patterns.
• They are not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and they are not contraception or a fertility tool. Don't rely on them for health decisions. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional.
• Coaching tips, message ideas and food ideas are partly generated by AI. They may be wrong or not suit your situation, so use your own judgement. Check food suggestions against your own allergies and dietary needs.

3. Consent and respect

• Aura is hers. What she logs is shared only with the people she connects, and she can disconnect them or delete her data at any time.
• You must not use the Service to monitor, track or control another person without their knowledge and agreement, or to harass, threaten or pressure anyone. Alpha only shows what she chooses to share through Aura, plus the notes you enter yourself.
• Only enter information about other people that you have a right to use. Treat it with care.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send feedback and agree to it being published, we may show it as a testimonial.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. For example, don't try to access other people's data or links, disrupt or overload the Service, reverse-engineer it where the law doesn't allow that, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features. We try to keep the Service running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms, and when we do we'll change the date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

7. Price

The Service is currently free. If we ever add paid features, we'll show the price and terms clearly before you pay.

8. Ending

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your data as described at /legal/delete-account. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on predictions or suggestions in the apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Note for approval: South Africa is the default jurisdiction because the publisher is a South African Close Corporation with a South African registered office. If counsel prefers a different governing-law clause (or dual consumer-protection wording), replace this section before deploy.
