This page explains how to delete your data from Alpha (com.alphaapp.cyclecoach) and Aura (pro.alphahack.aura), with or without the app installed. It also tells you exactly what happens when you do.
Aura has no account. Your page is identified by your private link (https://alphahack.pro/her/…).
In the app: open Aura → Your data, your call. You'll see two buttons, and each asks you to tap twice to confirm:
Without the app: paste your Aura link below. This does the same as "Delete everything, including my page".
What is kept: nothing. Deletion is immediate and complete. We keep no deactivated copy and no deletion log with your name, link or email. Server backups roll off within 14 days.
In the app: Home → Delete Profile permanently deletes that profile from your phone and from our server straight away, including its logs, check-ins, events, messages and generated coaching. If her Aura page was connected, it is unlinked first, so her page and her own entries stay with her.
Signed-in account (email or surname sign-in): email htgtbj@gmail.com from the address you signed up with (or give your surname), with the subject "Delete my Alpha account". We erase the account and all its profiles completely and confirm within 30 days. Nothing is kept except server backups, which roll off within 14 days.
